Big Builds, Big Energy, Bigger Impact: Turn 14 Distribution Fuels SEMA 2025

The annual SEMA Show needs no introduction. After nearly 70 years of gathering every spectrum of automotive enthusiast and industry player, SEMA has made an acquaintance of anyone even remotely adjacent to the automotive industry. Through the years, it has grown from trade show to tradition.

For four days, droves of dealers, builders, creators, and distributors flocked and filled the Las Vegas Convention Center to unveil their latest mechanical creations, get the scoop on cutting-edge innovations, or forge and fortify connections through the automotive world, and we aimed to achieve all of the above.

King of the Castle

Tradition holds that some things remain constant. For returning SEMA attendees, this meant that locating our pair of booths to talk shop or track down libations was as simple as ever. Our flagship location stood tall at the entrance to Center Hall, a welcoming presence for showgoers as they streamed through the doors. Meanwhile, our rig returned to the Silver Lot, teamed with industry mainstay Bilstein for a curated collection of eye-catching builds.

Rather than dividing our efforts, this twin-booth approach allowed us to expand our footprint, better serving current customers, connecting with new ones, and offering partner brands a platform that matched the scale of the event. Indoors or out, attendees couldn’t miss the unmistakable cyan, black, and white.

Ride Reunion

Coordinating a family get-together is hard enough, let alone reuniting our roster of custom creations from across the country. However, SEMA is home to the latest and greatest in automotive builds, and this year it served as the perfect stage to introduce our other two modded machines to our automotive family.

Greetings and salutations kicked off with the bad boy: the Turn 14 Distribution x Aeromotive 2025 Ford Mustang GT. Devised as a dual-purpose tarmac terror, this Mustang is trained to carve corners, rip up the strip while still retaining its manners on the highways. The team effort between Aeromotive and other partners, including Roush’s supercharger, and Mishimoto cooling deliver upwards of 820 CARB and EPA-compliant horsepower. Coupled with sticky Micky Thompson rubber, a grippy ACT Clutch, and Air Lift Performance suspension, this Mustang is a well-rounded muscle-bound coupe.

Our outdoorsy addition comes in the form of a Jeep Gladiator. With Bilstein taking the lead and sorting the suspension, this Jeep is fixated on overland adventure. Standing tall on a 40” Mickey Thompson wheel and tire combination, the Turn 14 Distribution x Bilstein Jeep Gladiator is fully equipped to tackle any terrain.

Alongside our 2025 Can-Am Maverick representing our powersports segment, these builds are more than a show of force, but rather a functional display of our ever-expanding line card. Also, all three of these builds are slated to find a new home as a serious award to our community of customers.

Our extended build family was well represented, too, with a diverse lineup curated throughout our booths. Bilstein arrived with its 1967 Kaiser Jeep M715, and classic 1978 Porsche 911SC drew plenty of attention outside, while the Central Hall featured the fully race-prepped Tyspeed Pikes Peak International BMW M2 and Kuryakyn’s fully outfitted Harley-Davidson Road Glide bringing the thunder to the V-Twin faithful.

The Dealer Experience: Built to Connect

Beyond the intricate vendor displays, plumes of tire smoke from Hoonigan’s Burnyard, and the endless supply of modded machines, SEMA is ultimately about the people and we ensured that our presence reflected that. We teed off the week with an invite-only golf tournament in partnership with MBRP, Vossen Wheels, and Action Clutch for a unique and laid-back start to to a high-energy week.

Our morning Trucks & Coffee sessions fueled the early risers in the Silver Lot. Every morning attendees passing through our outdoor location were treated to their choice of espresso and gourmet coffees sponsored by Bilstein. Powerstop provided the mid-day pick-me-up through pre-packed and hand-delivered lunches from Bagelmania, filling stomachs and energizing our partner vendors for the second half of each day.

The last thing we wanted our customers and partners suffering through was the never-ending rush hour line for the Monorail. Instead, we offered more refreshing alternatives to queuing without missing dinner reservations. We kicked off the show by taking over the terrace in West Hall for the Turn 14 Distribution Terrace Happy Hour. From 4 to 8 pm,  invited guests were treated to a full spread of hors d’œuvres, buffet, stocked bars, and steady connections all under the glow of the Las Vegas skyline.

The Happy Hours didn’t stop on Tuesday either. Throughout the remainder of the week, our outdoor booth transformed into a casual watering hole each afternoon, where invited guests could grab a cold drink and catch their breath. Hosted in collaboration with Vibrant Performance, these laid-back gatherings served as the perfect end cap to busy show days, and offered a refreshing pause, a few laughs, and a reminder that some of the best connections happen away from the show floor.

The Sights, Sounds, and Smells of SEMA

Navigating SEMA is like stepping into a parallel automotive dimension where a Ferrari-powered DeLorean could easily top 88 MPH, and a Viper-swapped Datsun is among the more tame builds on display. With thousands of display vehicles covering every imaginable segment, the Las Vegas Convention Center transformed into a rolling museum of gas-powered creativity. Towering lifted trucks, slammed supercars, and one-off customs fought for attention across a sea of camera lenses and eager enthusiasts.

Not every vehicle stayed stationary throughout the week. Multiple skidpads and test tracks were carved out throughout the grounds to add a steady hum of rev limiter torture accompanied with thick clouds of billowing tire smoke. Through the haze, attendees could also witness Nitro Circus’ high-flying motocross acrobatics display.

Big names in the industry also curated their own collections throughout the convention center grounds. Namely, Toyo Tires‘ Treadpass once again delivered a curated mix of the outrageous and refined, proving that “tasteful” and “wild” can coexist on four wheels. Hoonigan’s lineup brought a similar array of vehicles, ranging from preserved classic Mustangs, to a Porsche Macan drift build by FCP Euro, and the Subaru Brat starring in the next Gymkhana production.

But among the noise, Turn 14 Distribution took a moment to shine a spotlight on builders that push the craft forward in quieter ways. In partnership with Radium Engineering, we proudly presented custom-built awards to two standout visionaries: Dylan aka PDX_Vert, honored for his self-machined, meticulously built “GMW” E36, and Alan of Johnson’s Hot Rod Shop for his jaw-dropping 1980 Trans Am. Presented by EJ Naegeli, with one-off trophies fabricated by Eric Plebani, these awards weren’t just for what was built, but how, and why.

More Than Just Booths—A Statement of Support

The spectacle of the SEMA Show is built on insane builds, high horsepower, and boisterous automotive passion, but for us, it’s grounded in something much more personal. Amid the labyrinth of lavish exhibits, no-expense-spared projects, and the onslaught of sensory overload, it’s the quieter moments that make the biggest impact: a laugh over some drinks, running into old friends and creating new connections, or a conversation that doesn’t happen over email.

Turn 14 Distribution doesn’t just show up to fill space, we welcome our community into it. Whether it’s giving partners a platform, showing appreciation for our dealers, or simply being present in the chaos, our commitment goes beyond what’s on display. Because while parts power the machines, relationships drive the industry forward.
